From Raw Rod Stock to Finished Engineered Component
Our integrated preparation workflow combines dimension cutting, finishing, and drawing-based machining.
Profile Selection & Verification
Solid PMMA rod stock is selected based on specified geometry (round Ø20–Ø200 mm or square 40x40–150x150 mm) and appearance (clear, 6 tints, or bubble pattern).
Cut to Requested Length
Rods are cut to the exact net millimeter dimensions specified in the customer RFQ according to part requirements.
Polishing Services
When requested, polishing is performed according to customer specifications.
CNC Machining According to CAD
For drawing-based parts, components are CNC machined strictly according to customer technical drawings and CAD files (.pdf, .dxf, .step, .stp).
RFQ & Project Review
Technical evaluation of dimensions, processing requirements, and material availability to prepare formal B2B proposals.
Cut to Requested Length
We cut solid round rods and square bars to client-specified millimeter lengths. Customers can configure multiple line items and quantities within a single inquiry.
